BESICHTIGUNGSTERMINE: 2. Februar oder 12. Februar, jeweils abends
2,5 Zimmer Wohnung in der Maxvorstadt zur Untermiete ab sofort bis 30. April 2025. Verlängerung bis Ende Juni eventuell möglich, wird aber relativ kurzfristig entschieden.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet, mit allem was man braucht (auch Küchenutensilien etc.). WLAN und Strom sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
Alle Fenster sind Richtung Westen, daher ist die Wohnung angenehm hell.
Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage in der Maxvorstadt, mit super Verkehrsanbindung durch U-Bahn, Bus und Tram in der Nähe. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es in der Nachbarschaft angenehm ruhig. Auch Parkplätze sind in der Regel gut zu finden.
Eigene Möbel können NICHT mitgebracht werden, da die Wohnung voll möbliert ist. Ich erwarte, dass mit meinen Möbeln etc. sorgsam umgegangen wird und die Nachbarn nicht durch Ruhestörungen belästigt werden. Keine Haustiere. Wird nicht an Raucher vermietet.
WICHTIG: Die Wohnung wird auf Wunsch der Vermieterin nur an eine weibliche Person vermietet. Also NICHT an Männer und NICHT an Paare oder WGs. --- ONLY FOR WOMEN ---
