ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung für 4 Wochen (08.03.-08.04.) unter. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Deutschen Museum im 4. Stock (mit Aufzug) und ist vollausgestattet.

Ausstattung der Wohnung:
▪️Wohnraum mit Bett (1,20 x 2 Meter)
▪️Bettwäsche und Handtücher stelle ich gern zur Verfügung
▪️WLAN (Download 100Mbit/s & Upload 10Mbit/s)
▪️Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Keller zur Verfügung (je 1€)
▪️Sonnenbalkon mit Liegestühle
▪️Mein Fahrrad kann gern mitbenutzt werden.
(Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine
und Backofen sind in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden)

Da ich die Wohnung möbliert vermiete, ist mir wichtig, sie an eine Person weiterzugeben, die Verantwortungsvoll damit umgeht. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Auch wird im Haus wert auf die Hausordnung gelegt. Das heißt ab 22 Uhr ist die Nachtruhe einzuhalten und Partys sind nicht erlaubt. Das Gute: Dadurch ist es im Haus nicht laut und man kann in Ruhe schlafen.

Ich würde einen Untermietvertrag mit dir vereinbaren. Neben der Miete fällt eine Kaution in Höhe von 800€ an. Die Kaution bekommst du selbstverständlich umgehen wieder zurück, sobald du ausgezogen bist und in der Wohnung alles in Ordnung ist.


Lage der Wohnung:

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Deutschen Museum wunderschön direkt an der Isar, perfekt für Spaziergänge und zum Sport machen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden.
▪️Isartor (10min zu Fuß) - alle S-Bahnlinien
▪️Fraunhoferstrasse (10min zu Fuß) - U1,U2,U7,U8.
▪️Supermärkte (Edeka, DM, Rewe…) 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß
▪️Hauptbahnhof - 5 Minuten mit S-Bahn oder U-Bahn
▪️Innenstadt - 15 Minuten zu Fuß

I am subletting my 1-room apartment for 4 weeks (08/03.- 08/04.). The apartment is close to Deutsches Museum on the 4th floor (with elevator) and is fully furnished.

Equipment of the apartment:

Since I rent the apartment furnished, it is important to me to pass it on to a person who will treat it responsibly. Smoking and pets are not allowed. It is also important in the house to adhere to the house rules. This means that from 10 p.m. onwards, a quiet night must be observed and parties are not allowed. The good thing is that it is not noisy in the house and you can sleep in peace.

I would agree a subletting contract with you. In addition to the rent, there is a deposit of €800. You will of course get the deposit back as soon as you have moved out and everything is in order in the apartment.
