Die Wohnung ist 47 qm groß und sehr hell. Es sind 2 Zimmer (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer; alternativ 2 Schlafzimmer als WG) zur ruhigen Straße raus und eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind auch vorhanden.

Der Pegnitzgrund und Sportplätze sind nicht weit zum Spazieren.

Der Preis ist abhängig von der Anzahl der Mieter.
