The flat is a really good one. We have lived here for a few years now. At first we used it as a flat share which was fine. We lived here as a 3 person flat share, which was a bit crowded at times. We then changed to a 2 person flat share with a spare room we used as dining and tv room. that was the better option for us, but you can do whichever.
Lastly I lived here with my boyfriend. We are done with our studies now and moving away. otherwise we would have stayed here for sure.
The location is quite nice. it is a quiet street, close to the next bus stop and also you're right next to the river walk. Which is awesome for walks with a dog/person or a jog.
The bus station is in walking distance and all the buses take you directly to the city center and the university (if you are a student). parking is fine too, so you could also bring your car.
Our landlord is a nice lady who lives in Birmingham. We offered to help her with the search for new tenants so it would help us (and you) a lot if you'd just tell us a bit about yourself so we'll have something to tell her.
