Hallo, für meine schöne gemütliche Wohnung suche ich Nachmieter . Die Wohnung ist 60 m2 groß. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah (5 min zu Fuß). Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar nicht in Gießen, ist aber am Rande von watzenborn und deshalb ist es nicht so weit von der Uni mit einem Fahrrad. Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof ist auch ziemlich nah.
Die Wohnung würde ich gerne mit der Küche (gegen Bezahlung) inkl Geräte weiter geben. Es besteht eine wg Möglichkeit, allerdings müsste man auf ein Wohnzimmer verzichten. Ich habe die Wohnung echt geliebt.
