We are moving from this lovely apartment to a long term rental agreement.
We are looking for someone to takeover the last three months of rent, with the possibility of extending, to be discussed with the Landlord. We are helping to find new tenants.

The apartment is a fully furnished and fully equipped 4-room apartment.
The Landlord is overseas on sabbatical will return most likely in the summer of 2025.
Ideal tenants: Young family, or University Researchers on secondment.

Bicycles can be stored in the basement. The house is located about 5 minutes
walk from the S-Bahn station Babelsberg. The expressway is about 2 minutes
away by car. All necessary shops and doctors are in the immediate vicinity, as
well as a cinema and various bars, restaurants and snack bars. The beautiful
Park Babelsberg can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.

The rent includes everything, except for electricity.
The deposit is 3456 euros.
Cats and smaller animals are allowed.
