Die Wohnung hat 2 kleinere Zimmer (ca 10 und 12 qm) und ein sehr großes helles Wohn-Esszimmer mit offener Küche (insgesamt 36qm). Fussboden: PARADOR Vinylboden Eiche natur Landhausdiele Holzstruktur
WC und Badezimmer sind separat und voll gefliest.
Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Terrasse (20qm), die sehr ruhig zum Volkspark ausgerichtet ist.
Innenstadt zu Fuss erreichbar.
Hochschule Reutlingen mit Fahrrad oder Bus in 10 min erreichbar.

We offer a very nice, bright, cozy and well cut 3-room apartment. We would be happy to rent it to a 2-person student flat-sharing community.
The apartment has 2 smaller rooms (about 10 and 12 sqm) and a very large bright living-dining room with open kitchen (total 36sqm). WC and bathroom are separate.
The apartment has a spacious terrace which is very quietly oriented to the Volkspark.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Volkspark Reutlingen ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral.
Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung. Das Haus ist von den Eigentürmern bewohnt.
Zu Fuss ist die Innenstadt in ca 10 min zu erreichen.
Die Fachhochschule ist sowohl mit dem Fahrrad also auch mit dem Bus in 10 min erreichbar.

It is a granny apartment. The house is occupied by the owners.
The city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
The University of Applied Sciences can be reached by bike or by bus in 10 minutes.
