The building is filled with amenities around it (Lidl, Turkish shops, Tedi, Saar river and etc.). There is a beautiful park outside the building to have a nice walk. There are also a few bus stops within a quick reach. The bus lines 101, 102, 108, 129 run to the main train station and 101 and 102 run to the university campus.
Es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten rund um das Haus (Lidl, türkische Geschäfte, Tedi, Saar Fluss usw.). Außerhalb des Gebäudes befindet sich ein schöner Park, in dem Sie einen schönen Spaziergang machen können. Auch ein paar Bushaltestellen sind schnell zu erreichen.
