I'm working on my PhD this summer outside of Spain and I wanted to rent my apartment while I'm away.
You don't need to bring anything, it's furnished, it has pots and plates for cooking, a washing machine, a small oven, a microwave etc.
The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are separate rooms; the bedroom has two individual beds, you can stay by yourself or bring a (boy/girl)friend with you.
Per month it's 425€, all included (electricity, water, internet - I don't have a television).
My apartment is on the top floor and has a big terrace, you have a lot of light and sun, especially in the mornings. In the afternoon there is shade, so you can cool off as well.
Bus (20 min) and train station (30 min), shops, supermarkets, swimming pool (30 min) and the historical centre of Salamanca (10 min) are all at walking distance.
