Wir vermieten unsere komplett ausgestattete 3,5 Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 30.06.2017 bis 18.08.2017. Teilzeitmiete möglich, mind. aber 3 Wochen.

Die Wohnung umfasst Ess-/Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Gäste-WC, 2 Schlafzimmer; geeignet für eine kleine Familie (max. 2 Erw. mit bis zu 1-2 Kleinkindern). Im Kinderzimmer befinden sich ein Gitterbett und eine Wickelkommode. Im Elternschlafzimmer gibt es - nach Bedarf - auch ein Baby-Beistellbett.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone (Südausrichtung), mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill.

Auf dem Grundstück ist der Wohnung 1 Stellplatz zugeteilt. Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten neben dem Haus.

Alles, was zum Alltag gehört, findet sich in der Wohnung wieder (WLan, TV, Mikrowelle, Herd etc.) Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Waschkeller.

Supermarkt und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Linie 5, 20 Min nach HD) in 3 Fußminuten erreichbar.

We rent out our 2 bedroom apartment as a temporary accommodation, (June 30th through August 18th 2017, part time possible, 3 weeks minimum), fully furnished. The apartment cannot be booked if there are more than 2 adults wanting to stay here. It's only set out for 2 adults and 1-2 additional infants.
Situated on the raised ground floor, with the benefit of two balconies (south side with BBQ) and within walking distance to the city, supermarket and the public transport (VRN 5, 20 min to Heidelberg)

The accommodation comprises of:
Living room, dining area, Kitchen w/ all integrated appliances, master bedroom (baby bay avail.), children's room (currently w/ crib and changing table, bathroom w/shower and tub, additional guest toilet, dryer and washing machine in the washroom, 1 assigned parking spot, WiFi.

Rent includes all bills.
