Die Wohnung verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Ein Abstellraum ist im Keller und parkmöglichkeiten gibt es am Gebäude oder auf der Straße.
Die Wohnung ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen:
• S Strausberg Stadt (10 Min.),
• der Straßenbahn (3 Min.),
• Lidl (10 Min.), und
• eine Bar und Döner (3 Min.).
Außerdem verkaufe ich fast alle meiner Möbel, darunter ein Doppelbett, zwei Schlafsofas, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Bar mit Barhockern und Regale, alles in sehr gutem Zustand.

I'm looking for someone to take over my three-room apartment (60m^2) located on August-Bebel-Str. in Strausberg. The current rent is €630 per month (cold), and the new lease could start at the beginning of June 2025 (it would officially be arranged with my landlord).
The apartment features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer. A storage room is available in the basement and parking at the building or on the street.
Conveniently, the apartment is within walking distance of:
• S Strausberg Stadt (10 mins),
• the tram (3 mins),
• Lidl (10 mins), and
• A bar and Döner shop (3 mins).
