Apartamento de alquiler intermedio por unos 3 meses en el sur Zwischenmiete Wohnung für etwa 3 Monate in Süd

Für berufliche Gründe verlasse ich Stuttgart für 3 Monate (Mai-Juni-Juli). Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingang, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Schlafzimmer. Ich werde die Wohnung möbliert lassen und meine persönlichen Sachen (Kleidung aus dem Schrank) entfernen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Gebäudes in Stuttgart Süd (in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Bihlplatz) und blickt auf einen Wald (sehr grün und ruhig).
Ich suche eine saubere und respektvolle Person.
Ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Die Ankunfts- und Abreisedaten können vereinbart werden.

Por razones de trabajo, saldré de Stuttgart durante 3 meses (mayo-junio-julio). El apartamento consta de entrada, baño, salón, cocina y dormitorio. Saldré del apartamento amueblado y quitaré mis pertenencias personales (cerca del armario).
El apartamento está situado en la planta baja de un edificio en Stuttgart Süd (cerca de la estación de U-Bahn Bihlplatz) y tiene vistas a un bosque (por lo que es muy verde y tranquilo).
Estoy buscando una persona limpia y respetuosa.
Ideal para una persona o una pareja. Se pueden organizar fechas de llegada y salida.

For work reasons, I will be leaving Stuttgart for 3 months (May-June-July). The apartment consists of an entrance, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and bedroom. I will leave the apartment furnished and remove my personal belongings (clothes from the wardrobe).
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building in Stuttgart Süd (near the U-Bahn station Bihlplatz) and overlooks a forest (so it's very green and quiet).
I’m looking for a clean and respectful person.
Ideal for one person or a couple. Arrival and departure dates can be arranged.
