There is a bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 220 cm) and a study with a sofa bed 140 x 200 cm. So 2 people or 2 couples can easily live here. In the living room there is a large dining table where you can also work/study.

Since we want to rent for 2.5 months, this results in a total rent of 4,800 euros.

An outdoor parking space in the inner courtyard can be rented for an additional 70 euros/month.

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett (180 x 220 cm) und ein Arbeitszimmer mit einer Schlafcouch 140 x 200 cm. Es können hier also gut 2 Personen oder 2 Pärchen wohnen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Esstisch an dem auch gearbeitet/gelernt werden kann.
Die Gesamtmiete von 4.800 € bezieht sich auf den Gesamtzeitraum von 2.5 Monaten. Bei Fragen meldet euch gerne.

Warmmiete pro Monat 1.920 Euro
Da wir für 2.5 Monate vermieten möchten ergibt sich daraus eine Gesamt-Warmmiete von 4.800 Euro.
Internet, Wasser, Strom und Heizung sind in der Gesamt-Warmmiete inkludiert.
Mindestmietdauer 1 Monat, gerne jedoch den kompletten Zeitraum am Stück.
Ein Außenstellplatz im Innenhof kann für zusätzlich 70 Euro/Monat angemietet werden.
