Im ersten Stock befindet sich das Wohn- und Esszimmer. Die voll ausgestattete Küche und die Dusche und Toilette; oben befindet sich das Schlafzimmer. Die Terrasse ist sehr hell und schön, um die Sonne zu genießen (auch wenn es wenig ist).
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und das Zentrum ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Supermarkt ist weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt und die Bushaltestelle Weberstraße befindet sich in der Nähe.
Miete 920€ warm. (Internet, strom, gas).

We are offering our apartment for rent between 12.11.2024 and 15.12.2024. Our duplex apartment is located in the Weststadt very close to the Haagtor, measures approx. 50m2 and has a beautiful roof terrace. It is perfect for a couple.
Downstair you will find the living and dining room., the fully equipped kitchen and the shower and toilet.
Upstairs is the bedroom. The terrace is very bright and nice to enjoy the sun.
The neighborhood is very quiet and it is 7 min walking distance to the center. Less than 5 min to the supermarkets and next to the bus stop Weberstrasse.
Preis is 920€ (include internet, and NK) .
