Looking for a cozy, fully furnished apartment at the beautiful Bodensee?
We are sub-renting our centrally located 120 sqm Maisonette Apartment from January 2024 to at least June 2024 (or longer if needed) in the beautiful city Überlingen.

Apartment facilities
The apartment is on the third floor and is fully made from white painted wood. Our big living room with a beautiful green balcony has a sleeping sofa, a hanging and a rocking chair, a cupboard with books, a big table to enjoy dinner with your friends/family. On the gallery of the apartment, we have a big double bed in front of a warming chimney. There is one small storage room available to use as well.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. One in the living room for the guests and other with a shower and one big bathtub next to many cozy towels. Our new washing machine is also offering drying and seven steaming facilities.

Kitchen
The modern kitchen consists of everything you need including a Soda stream, Toaster, dish washer and even a Pizza oven! In our ecofriendly neighbor free balcony, you can enjoy your breakfast in the
lounge or on our table under a big umbrella next to our many green plants. We are luckily having morning and evening sun.

Mini-Home office
On top, we offer a fully equipped working desk with an extra big monitor, 1000 Mb internet connection and a fully mobile control light system.

Entertainment
You can enjoy Netflix on smart TV while getting yourself cozy with our in-house chimney. You also have Google home to listen to the music while enjoying the drinks on our wine bar with high table/chair and bean bags.

Balcony
There is green balcony powered with solar lamps, candles where you can enjoy reading books, morning breakfast with sun or dine and drinks with your friends. Or just enjoy the stars and beautiful view to the church. There would be no distraction as there are no neighbors. We often enjoy doing our home-office as you have a power connection in the balcony.

Location and surroundings
The apartment is in the pedestrian zone and in the middle of the historic Münsterplatz. Here you have the chance to visit twice a week the lively market with fresh and healthy offers from the local farmers. The apartment is a 3-minute walk away from the beautiful Bodensee with lots of restaurants, shopping
opportunities and cafes and bars around. We are just a 5-minutes’ walk to the bus and train station.
Around our spot the city of Überlingen is even offering free city Wi-Fi which makes it even possible to work with a mountain view. On top you have plenty offers in a walking distance like boat renting, standup paddling, ferry tours and weekly live music sessions. You are more than welcome to use our bikes to also explore the neighbor cities like Sipplingen and Meersburg or just enjoy a ride though the
many wines yards around.

Don’t worry about packing your bags, just bring your cloths – the rest is already prepared and waiting
for you.
