Es gibt eine direkte Verkehrsanbindung – der Fußweg zur Bushaltestation dauert 3 min.

Our four rooms are all fully equipped – as well as the kitchen, the storage room, the floor, the bathroom and the toilet for guests. Anyhow, if you bring your own bed, it is also possible to rent the room unfurnished. We have two large balconies associated to the shared flat and much space as a whole (about 185 qm). The hallway is equipped with a spacious couch corner. The sanitary facilities are newly renovated. The windows are new, the house is newly isolated. All windows have blinds, a few are electric. Fast Internet.
We rent furnished and unfurnished.
Electricity and WiFi are also included in the additional costs.

The apartment is in the city center and close to the university: it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the university (850m away), 15 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the shopping center and the 24-hour gas station.
There are direct transport connections - the bus stops virtually in front of the door (3 minutes).
