1 room available for female roommate

Hello! We (Debrani and Pim) are looking for a friendly female roommate from January to join us in our 3-bedroom apartment in Wendlingen. I, Debrani, am a PhD candidate in English at the University of Tübingen, and Pim is a 28-year-old MA English student at the same university. We’re tidy, easygoing, and love cooking a mix of Asian, Italian, and Continental food. The apartment is 5 minutes by bike from Wendlingen station and just 30 minutes by train to Tübingen Hauptbahnhof. It has 2 washrooms, a shared kitchen, a washing machine, and heating. It has all the electronic amenities(including microwave, dishwasher, iron and many more). The available room is partially furnished with a desk, chair, and cupboards (no bed). Rent is €350 warm (all-inclusive), with a €350 deposit. The shower is located in my (Debrani’s) room, so we’re specifically looking for a female roommate for privacy reasons. Hallo! Wir (Debrani und Pim) suchen eine freundliche und respektvolle Mitbewohnerin ab der Januarwoche, die sich uns in unserer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Wendlingen anschließt. Ich, Debrani, bin Doktorand in Englisch an der Universität Tübingen, und Pim ist ein 28-jähriger MA-Englischstudent an derselben Universität. Wir sind ordentlich, locker und lieben es, eine Mischung aus asiatischem, italienischem und kontinentalem Essen zu kochen. Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Bahnhof Wendlingen und nur 30 Minuten mit dem Zug zum Tübingen Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es verfügt über 2 Waschräume, eine Gemeinschaftsküche, eine Waschmaschine und eine Heizung. Das verfügbare Zimmer ist teilweise mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl und Schränken (kein Bett) ausgestattet. Die Miete beträgt 350 € warm (all-inclusive), mit einer Kaution von 350 €. Die Dusche befindet sich in meinem (Debranis) Zimmer, also suchen wir aus Gründen der Privatsphäre speziell nach einer weiblichen Mitbewohnerin.
