Apartamento para Sublet – 20 de febrero a 1 de abril de 2025

Soy estudiante que viaja actualmente, así que estoy sublevando mi apartamento de 74m2 en el 2o distrito de Viena. Está en el quinto piso de un edificio con ascensor, tiene mucha luz, y tiene una hermosa vista de Augarten, perfecto para los amantes del atardecer. La ubicación es muy conveniente, con líneas de tranvía 2 y 5 cerca y la estación de U2 Taborstraße a solo 7 minutos a pie. WU, SFU y la Universidad de Viena están a unos 15 minutos.

El apartamento tiene un amplio Wohnküche (habitación de planta abierta y cocina), que crea un ambiente abierto y aireado. El dormitorio se enfrenta a un patio tranquilo, haciéndolo muy tranquilo por la noche. Está totalmente amueblado e incluye un piano, lavavajillas, lavadora y una cafetera Nespresso. Voy a dejar mis pertenencias personales en el apartamento ya que sólo estoy fuera por un mes, por lo que no estoy cobrando extra para el gas y la electricidad, ambas están incluidas en el alquiler, junto con WiFi.

I’m a student currently traveling, so I’m subletting my 74m² apartment in Vienna’s 2nd district. It’s on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, gets plenty of light, and has a beautiful view of Augarten—perfect for sunset lovers. The location is very convenient, with tram lines 2 and 5 nearby and the U2 Taborstraße station just a 7-minute walk away. WU, SFU, and the University of Vienna are all around 15 minutes away.

The apartment has a spacious Wohnküche (open-plan living room and kitchen), which creates an open and airy atmosphere. The bedroom faces a quiet courtyard, making it very peaceful at night. It’s fully furnished and includes a piano, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine. I’ll be leaving my personal belongings in the apartment since I’m only gone for a month, which is why I’m not charging extra for gas and electricity—both are included in the rent, along with WiFi.
