Das Büro/Atelier eignet sich für jene, die provisorisch einen zentral gelegenen Rückzugsort suchen.
Beachte bitte, dass der Zustand Mängel aufweist.

Neben positiven Aspekten, sind als Schwächen wenig Tageslicht, keine Aussicht aus den Fenstern und ein bescheidenes Badezimer zu erwähnen. Beheizt werden die Räumlichkeiten mit Strom.
