Ganz ruhig in einem hübschen, begrünten Innenhof gelegen, südseitig, im 1. Stock, in einem überschaubaren Haus mit einer seit vielen Jahren zusammengewachsenen, einander wohlgesonnenen Hausgemeinschaft.

Fotos der Wohnung und Teil der Möblierung befinden sich in der Anzeige. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet und Kaution wird privat vereinbart.

Since I am still abroad and my current subtenant has given notice earlier, I am looking for a nice subtenant for a two-month interim rental from 1 August 2024. The rental property is a small (around 36m²), fine flat in the 7th district near U3 Zieglergasse (5 min walk).

Quietly located in a pretty, green inner courtyard, south-facing, on the 1st floor, in a manageable house with a community that has grown together for many years and is well-disposed towards each other.

Photos of the flat and some of the furnishings are included in the advert. The flat is rented furnished and the deposit is agreed privately.
