Eine 42m² Wohnung mit einem getrennten Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Am geeignetsten ist die Wohnung vermutlich für Pärchen, kann aber natürlich auch als Einzelperson genutzt werden. Außerdem können bis zu 4 Leute in der Wohnung schlafen, da das Sofa ausziehbar ist.
Grundsätzlich ist alles neu renoviert (Boden, Fenster, Küche, Bad) und mit neuwertigen Möbeln möbliert. Natürlich ist es keine Pflicht jegliche Möbel (bzw. Deko) zu behalten und kann je nach Präferenz selbst ausgetauscht/genutzt werden.

Allerdings ist die Wohnung von Heizungsröhren umgegeben, sodass es grundsätzlich auch ohne Heizen im Winter warm bleibt.
Bei der Internet Einrichtung helfe ich gerne wenn es benötigt wird.
In der Wohnung ist alles wichtige zum Leben bereits drinnen (von Geschirr zu Handtücher).
Von der Länge des Aufenthalts sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. Eher wird aber präferiert wenn man vor hat zumindest 1-2 Jahre in der Wohnung zu wohnen.
Im Gebäude ist ein Waschraum mit Trockner.

However, the apartment is surrounded by heating pipes, so it stays warm in the winter even without heating.
With the internet setup I help gladly if it is needed.
In the apartment everything important for living is already inside (from dishes to towels).
There are no limits to the length of stay. It is preferable to live in the apartment for at least 1-2 years.
In the building is a laundry room with dryer.
