2-Zimmer Wohnung

Hey ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete (vielleicht auch mit endgültiger Übernahme der Wohnung) an, da ich in der Heimat arbeite. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche und ein separates Schlafzimmer. Alles ist sehr ruhig und beide Zimmer sind hofseitig. Die Wohnung hat schöne hohe Decken, schöne Türen, Fischgrätenparkett, Hängematte und alles was man eben zum entspannten Wohnen braucht. Sie liegt direkt bei der U und S Station Ottakring und ist deshalb perfekt angebunden. Weiters führen zwei Straßenbahn Linien direkt in die Innenstadt. Falls es Fragen gibt gerne Fragen :)
Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf viele Bäume und eine wunderbare Linde.
Hey, I'm offering my apartment for temporary rent (maybe with permanent takeover of the apartment) because I work at home. The apartment has a large kitchen-living room and a separate bedroom. Everything is very quiet and both rooms face the courtyard. The apartment has beautiful high ceilings, beautiful doors, herringbone parquet, a hammock and everything you need for relaxed living. It is right next to the Ottakring U and S station and is therefore perfectly connected. There are also two tram lines that lead directly into the city center. If you have any questions, please ask :)
