Ich gehe für ein Jahr ins Ausland uns suche daher einen Zwischenmieter für meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen (Pärchen oder WG). Die Wohnung ist von Jänner bis Dezember 2017 frei.
Zur Wohnung: die Wohnung ist 90 m² groß, ruhig gelegen und wurde vor 5 Jahren neu renoviert. Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern (ein großes und ein kleines), ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und Küche (voll ausgestattet), Bad und WC getrennt. Alle Räume sind getrennt begehbar und vollständig möbliert.
Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Verkehrslage, Nähe Julius-Tandler-Platz. U4 Friedensbrücke,Straßenbahn: 5, 33 und D.
Infrastruktur: Billa, Bipa, Zielpunkt, dm, Hofer und alles andere was man braucht.
Die Miete beträgt 990€ inkl. Betriebskosten. Fernsehen, Gis, Internet, Versicherung, Strom, Gas, etc. macht ungefähr nochmal 200€.

I am going abroad for one year and I am looking to sublet my fully furnished and very beautiful apartment in Vienna (central location) from January to December 2017. It's ideal for 2 people (a couple or a shared flat).
The apartment is 90m² big and has been renovated before I moved in. It has two bedrooms (one big, one smaller), a common living room and a bathroom. The kitchen is newly furnished.
The infrastructure is great: subway, tram and nightlines as well as many grocery stores are close by.
The costs are 990€ for rent and some utilities (water,...). Gas, electricity, internet, TV, insurances, etc. are around 200€ per month.
