Due to a stay abroad, I will be subletting the flat.
In the entrance area there is a hanger, a shoe cabinet. The living area, a well-lighted area, includes a pull-out sofa with a small table, there is also a dining table with 4 chairs. The living area is together with the sleeping area which comes with a bed and mattress (140x200), and a closet (part of it can be used).
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stoves, fridge and freezer. Pots, pans, dishes, etc. also remain in the kitchen and can be used. A wash machine is also available in the kitchen.
The bathroom has a window and small shelves, one with mirror.
All furniture will remain in the apartment, mots of them are all in new condition.
There is basement and a locked bicycle room which can be used during the rental period.

The apartment is located in a central location, 200 m. from the city hall. Two stops can be reached, Ulmer hof and Rathaus.
The Old Main Bridge can be reached in a maximum of 5 minutes walk.
The rent includes electricity, water, heating costs, and WiFi.
Of course, my landlady would like interim tenants who are just as friendly and tidy.
Responsible handling of my furniture is important to me, and I would like to find my apartment in a clean and tidy condition again after the subletting. :)
The flat is to sub lease to ONLY one person.
A visit to the apartment on site is possible by arrangement.
Also, the sublease period can be flexible, but only within the indicated date range.
