Hi! I am renting my room starting from 1st Oktober 2021 until 28 February 2022 (moving in from 26th September possible!). My room is a single appartement in a student dorm (Landsteinerstrasse 3) with private kitchen and bathroom. Because it is a temporary rent i will leave some of my things that you also can use like cooking and eating utensils, cleaning utensils, chairs, fan, mini back-ofen and so on.
The rent is 350 Euro per months with a deposit of 550 Euro.
The location is great with bus 29,114,14,214 or 10,34. It takes only 15-20 mins to the central station (Hauptbahnhof)
For grocery there's Aldi and Rewe nearby and also Rossman. The university library is 10 mins walking and Mensa is 3 mins walking.
For laundry, if you have a student card, then you can wash your clothes inside the dorm on the basement.
Moving in from 26th September is also possible and you don’t have to pay any additional cost for the extra 4 days. If you want to see the house you have to make an appointment with me and it’s only possible on weekends.
