We're looking for two (2) new bright tenants to share our three-storey house in Angel, London, located along the lovely residential area of Danbury Street, just a couple minutes walk from the Angel tube, the Regent's Canal, Camden Passage and the terrific, lively Angel High Street. Both professionals and students are welcome!
The end-of-terrace house is divided across three floors - door entrance and stairs on the ground, one bedroom and communal kitchen on the first floor, three bedrooms on the second floor, and bathroom on the third, leading to a superb private rooftop terrace that overlooks the magnificent skyline of London. You'll see in the photos how terrific the view is.
Everything is so convenient and within easy reach - Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tescos are all withing a few minutes walk, a roster of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars dot the upper street. Vue Islington and Screen on the Green are just around the corner, and so are gyms, bookshops, cafes and boutique shops along Camden Passage. If you'd like a nice walk, the Regent's Canal provides a perfect stroll.
You'll be sharing with 3 people in the house (a gay male couple and a female professional), ranging around 24-35 age bracket. Janz and Milan are partners, a video editor and a marketing manager, respectively. And Andra works in the banking industry.
We're open-minded, sociable, friendly and cultured people; all busy professionals but find time to unwind and relax when we get the time on the weekends.
Two (2) tenants can choose between two available bedrooms. Below is the breakdown of rent and the respective rooms:
BEDROOM 1, double: £837, unfurnished but with built-in wardrobes and storage
BEDROOM 2, single: £790, furnished
Bills are excluded. Electricity, water, council tax and internet are divided into the number of housemates, total of five (5). Rough estimate would be £80 - £90 per month. But if you're a student, it's a lot cheaper as you are exempted from council tax.
We're looking for somebody who can stay for a minimum of six months, with the opportunity of a contract rollover. We're directly managed by the landlord, so communication is far easier.
The landlord needs a deposit of £1,125 for each tenant and one (1) month advance rent.
All rooms are available on the 10th July. Early move-in is negotiable.
