I am international staff moving to Maastricht and looking for a house or apartment between the center and the north-east of Maastricht, no pets, 2 children. We look for at least 3 bedrooms, large livingroom (if possible), 1 or 2 parking, guess toilet + bathroom. We do not mind if it is house or apartment being nice and in a nice neighborhood and I estimate min. 125 or 130 sqm. Required by the second half of August 2013 and estimated contract duration 3 years.
