Hello,
I will be writing this in offer in Englisch as this offer is directed to anyone who is still searching for a flat. We all know the situation of flat searchíng in Aachen right now, hence me and a friend rented a big house in Alsdorf. The house has enough space for up to 9 people, but as for now only one spot is left.
Every person gets a room, the kitchen, the big garden, 3 showers and 3 toiletts will be shared. Oh did I mention that there is a bar in the house? Yes I sincerely hope that we get to share a good time with a beer or two in the evening to talk about problems or just to have a fun night.
Cleaning will be done mostly by ourself, there will be a cleaning schedule for everyone to keep.
Within the cost, everything is covered incl. the water, gas, electrictiy and the internet, last but not least also the furniture. The minmal rental duration is 6 months (this is most suitable for students who is making an exchange).

The house is in Alsdorf 3 minutes walk to the train station. By direct train it takes about 20-30 minutes to the station of RWTH. Infront of the house there is a veggitable shop for simple cooking, not far away is Kaufland where we can buy pretty much everything. I have taken the train several times and I find it quite convenient.
Like described above, this is not what we call a "Zweck WG", its a very international group with 9 people of very different culture which we share, love and respect. I am quite hyped to hear your story and have international cooking nights with you all.
During the weekend we can go shopping together or just have a walk around the beautiful landscape of Aachen.
International students are most welcome. Everyone will have their own room to go to when they do not want company.
Well if you have questions let me know. I am aware that many are still living in hotels, hence we offer you visits during the weekend as well. Furthermore we permit you to move in earlier if its necessary.
