We're subletting a bright and quiet, furnished room in a lovely two-room flat in Prenzlauer Berg for two months, December 10th - February 10th.
The room comes with a tall bed, couch, desk, dressers, balcony, projector. The flat is on the 4th floor on a quiet street, and is well-connected with the M10, M4, and bus line 200 in easy walking distance. A Rewe and Lidl are close by, as are pharmacies, parks, bars, cafés, galleries, bike shops, spätis, a cinema, a concert venue, and an absolutely spitze selection of restaurants!
The flat also has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, nice neighbors, and a generally chill atmosphere. The other room is shared by a couple, but one or both of us will be traveling for much of the sublet period, so you will often have the flat to yourself.
We're looking for a relaxed, self-sufficient tenant to share the flat on the common-sense basis of: "be considerate and clean up after yourself". Anything beyond that is a very welcome bonus :)
