Wunderschönes Südzimmer in P´Berg zur Zwischenmiete

Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich genau auf der Grenze zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Pankow. Zu den Schönhauser Allee Arkaden, inkl. Ringbahn und U2 sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß und praktisch vor der Haustür fährt die M1, die Dich nach Mitte bringt. Im Übrigen brauchst Du mit dem Fahrrad auch nur 10-15 Minuten bis nach Mitte, 15-20 bis zur Spree. Die M50 bringt Dich, ebenfalls vor der Haustür, in 3 Minuten zur S Bornholmer Straße, wo es viele weitere S-Bahnen Richtung Norden und Süden gibt. Die Anbindung ist einwandfrei. Der nächste Kiez ist der Helmholtzkiez und das Gleimviertel, außerdem, in die andere Richtung nach Pankow, der Florakiez. Bürger- und Schlosspark in Pankow sowie der Mauerpark in P´Berg sind gut erreichbar. Ich finde die Lage perfekt.

The apartment is located pretty much on the border between Prenzlauer Berg and Pankow. It is only a 10-minute walk to the Schönhauser Allee Arkaden, including the Ringbahn and U2, and the M1, which takes you to Mitte, is practically on the doorstep. By the way, you only need 10-15 minutes by bike to get to Mitte and 15-20 minutes to the Spree. The M50 also takes you to S Bornholmer Straße in 3 minutes, where there are many other S-Bahn lines heading north and south. The connection is perfect. The nearest neighborhoods are Helmholtzkiez and Gleimviertel, as well as Florakiez in the other direction towards Pankow. The Bürgerspark and Schlosspark in Pankow and the Mauerpark in P'Berg are within easy reach. I think the location is perfect.

Du wirst mit einer weiteren berufstätigen jungen Frau zusammenleben. Diese wird ebenfalls zum 1.4. oder kurz vor Dir (15.3.) einziehen, so dass ihr Euch gemeinsam hier einleben könnt. Das andere Zimmer wird longterm vermietet, deshalb steht es hier, in diesem Rahmen, nicht zur Verfügung. Ich würde mich bemühen, dass ihr Euch vorher kennenlernen könnt.
Da ich mich noch nicht für eine Bewerberin um das Zimmer entschieden habe, kann ich Dir noch keine Details nennen ;-). Aber ich werde darauf achten, dass ihr zusammenpasst.

Ich selber lebe hier zwischen Zweck- und Nicht-Zweck-WG. Jede soll ihre Rückzugsmöglichkeit haben und dennoch sind mir eine gute Kommunikation und Austausch sowie gegenseitige Sympathie sowie Rücksichtnahme überaus wichtig. Ab und zu ein Glas Wein oder Kaffee gemeinsam genießen ist super. Ich selber bin 42, Sprach- und Füttertherapeutin und baue gerade mein eigenes Business als Coach auf. Ich liebe Italien, mag Wein & Kaffee, Käse & dunkle Schokolade, gutes Essen, Bücher, Musik, tanzen, Yoga, Kunst, Design, Spiritualität, singen ... Mir ist es wichtig, dass Du ordentlich bist und auch Wert auf Sauberkeit legst. Außerdem solltest Du generell verantwortungsvoll sein und Wert auf ein friedvolles und schönes Zusammenwohnen legen. Ich werde sicherlich jemanden finden, die ähnlich tickt wie ich, da sie ab Juni ja dann mit mir zusammenleben muss.
WICHTIG: Dies ist kein Partyhaushalt und das sollte unbedingt auch während meiner Abwesenheit so respektiert werden. Es ist ein Rückzugsort und Familienhaus. Ruhezeit ist um 22Uhr. Das heißt nicht, dass Du nicht mal Musik hören darfst oder flüstern musst. Es ist ein belebtes, super freundliches Haus. Es heißt, dass adäquat aufeinander Rücksicht genommen wird. Das erwarte ich sowohl von Dir als auch von Deiner WG-Kollegin.

I myself live here between a purpose and non-purpose shared flat. Everyone should have their own space to retreat to, but good communication and exchange as well as mutual sympathy and consideration are extremely important to me. Enjoying a glass of wine or coffee together from time to time is great. I myself am 42, a speech and feeding therapist and am currently building up my own business as a coach. I love Italy, wine & coffee, cheese & dark chocolate, good food, books, music, dancing, yoga, art, design, spirituality, singing ... It is important to me that you are tidy and also value cleanliness. You should also be generally responsible and value peaceful and beautiful living together. I'm sure I'll find someone who matches me in the written aspects, as she will have to live with me from June ;-)

IMPORTANT: This is not a party household and this should be respected in my absence. It is a retreat and family home. Quiet time is at 10pm. That doesn't mean you can't listen to music or have to whisper. It's a busy/lively, super friendly house. It just means that people are considerate of each other. I expect that from both you and your flatmate.
