The room is about 12,5 square meters and is facing a quiet street with trees. It is cosy, has high
ceiling and wooden floor, and the walls are painted white.
The room has no furniture so you will have the opportunity to furnish it and decorate it yourself.
We have a large open kitchen with living room that we use together. The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you need for cooking and has a dishwasher, too. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a bathtub.
The apartment is about 150sqm, located in the beautiful Fürbringerstrasse, 4 minutes walk from the U7 Gneisenaustraße, 10 minutes from U1/U3 Hallesches tor and 8 from Bergmannstrasse.
In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need; Edeka, Netto, numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, Spätis, the Mahrheineke Market Hall and the Victoria Park.
We are a mixed group of flatmates between 29 and 35. All of us are working. During the week the flat is calm and relaxed, but if the opportunity presents itself, we are always ready for a chat with beer/wine in the evening.
Oh, and we have a small dog!
