URGENT! Cozy room in 2-er WG in Tegel for Long-Term

I'm moving out at the end of March and searching for a tenant for my cozy room
We have NO deposit, we pay Mietkautionsversicherung instead (about 60 euros per year per person)

Utilities: the apartment has a balcony and a hall, fully furnished, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a kitchen with an oven, mixer/blender, small fridge and freezer and electric stove, a small dining table with two chairs, counters, storage space, cutlery and plates and pots and allat.

Who we are looking for:
☀️ Someone with a stable income/job (as required by the landlord) with the wish to rent the room for more than 1 year
☀️HAS TO BE either queer or a genuine (!!!) ally. Absolutely no fascists or bigots. No tolerance for minority hate of any kind, especially now.
☀️Also likes peace and quiet.
☀️Open communication to avoid conflicts.
☀️Clean but also willing to put up with normal level living mess (I work and study and may forget something but will obviously fix it immediately if it is bothersome!)

🧳 There are two rooms, one of which is destined to become your bedroom. In the room, there's furniture that I am want to sell as a package for 300€ total. It includes a queen sized bed, two wardrobes, a table, a small bookshelf and a tall trinket shelf. All of this goes together since she's not planning to take it with her.

Some miscellaneous boundaries:
🖤Absolutely no noise late at night/Ruhezeit is important to me and the neighbours
🖤Smoking is fine out the window or balcony, please don't do it inside.
🖤People over are completely fine as long as you warn me.
🖤I'm open to hanging out as friends!
🖤Personal space is also important.
🖤I don't mind grabbing stuff for you at the store or helping you out, just ask.
🖤Sharing food is okay for me, I usually buy my own groceries though

🔎 Wir suchen:
☀️ Jemanden mit stabilem Einkommen/Job (erforderlich vom Vermieter), der/die das Zimmer für mehr als ein Jahr mieten möchte.
☀️ MUSS queer oder eine echter (!!) Ally sein. Absolut keine Faschist*innen oder Bigots. Null Toleranz für Hass gegenüber Minderheiten – besonders in der aktuellen Zeit.
☀️ Mag eine ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre.
☀️ Legt Wert auf offene Kommunikation, um Konflikte zu vermeiden.
☀️ Ist ordentlich, aber kann mit einem normalen Maß an Alltagschaos umgehen (ich arbeite und studiere, kann mal was vergessen, aber natürlich sofort beheben, wenn es stört!).

🧳 Das Zimmer:
Es gibt zwei Zimmer, eins davon wird deins. Die Möbel im Zimmer gehören mit, und ich möchte sie als Paket für 300 € verkaufen. Dazu gehören:

Queen-Size-Bett
Zwei Kleiderschränke
Schreibtisch
Kleines Bücherregal
Hohes Regal für Deko oder Krimskrams
Das Möbelpaket wird nur als Ganzes verkauft, da sie es nicht mitnimmt.

🖤 Sonstige Grenzen & Regeln:

Ruhezeiten sind mir wichtig, bitte nachts keine lauten Geräusche.
Rauchen ist okay, aber nur am Fenster oder auf dem Balkon – nicht drinnen.
Besucher*innen sind völlig in Ordnung, bitte einfach vorher Bescheid geben.
Ich bin offen für Freundschaften mit Mitbewohner*innen!
Persönlicher Raum ist mir aber auch wichtig.
Falls du mal etwas aus dem Laden brauchst oder Hilfe brauchst – frag mich einfach!
Ich habe nichts gegen gemeinsames Essen, aber kaufe meistens meine eigenen Lebensmittel.
