I’m Mila, and I’m looking for a temporary new roommate. Since my two previous roommates are temporarily moving out, we're renting out two rooms together in the 3-room apartment. You’ll be living only with me, so it’s perfect for someone who enjoys a relaxed and peaceful home.

The Rooms
-Large Room (30m²) – Bright and spacious, with a private balcony facing a quiet side street.
-Smaller Room (25m²)– Perfect as an additional bedroom, or office.
Both rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, dresser, sofa, and TV in a smaller room & projector in a bigger room, Alexa soundbar. The furniture must stay as the current tenants will return after the rental period.

Rent & Details
1000€/month (covers everything: electricity, gas, internet, etc.)
Contract: 1 month only (fixed term)

The flat is ideally situated just a 1-minute walk from the M1 tram station and a 10-15 minute walk from the Frankfurter Tor metro station and the Ringbahn.

The area is convenient and well-served by several supermarkets, including Rewe, Edeka, Netto, Bio Markt, and two Kauflands, all within a 5-15-minute walking distance. Additionally, there are several bakeries and coffee shops around the corner, along with a few nice dining places: Thai, Georgian, and Burger restaurants.

I'm Mila (25, Event Manager in Aviation field) and I’m pretty easygoing and laid-back. I work remotely, so you’ll often find me at home, though I also enjoy meeting up with friends outside. I value a respectful and balanced living environment, so this is not a party WG. Would love to keep the space relaxed and peaceful.

There’s no strict cleaning schedule—I just believe in keeping things tidy and respecting shared spaces.
