Very large, bright, pretty room with a double mattress. A couple would be fine (at a slightly higher price). You're welcome to use the TV and PS4 if you like. I'll clear space on the clothes rack and box shelves, so you will have plenty of storage.
We're right next to Ostkreuz which has many S Bahn lines and other trains, plus many bus connections. We're also right on the 21 tram line. Friedrichshain is a great area for bars, restaurants, cinemas, and clubs. We're also close to Boxhagener Platz where there is a farmers market and a flea market at the weekend. Many supermarkets are nearby.
My flatmate is a lovely guy but is often out, so you would likely have the place to yourself sometimes. I can show you the rest of the flat on a video call. It's just a basic corridor, kitchen, and bathroom - with a bath tub! 🛁 Smoking is fine in the kitchen with the window open.
I can be flexible on the price and dates if you need a shorter stay. Please note that there is no washing machine, but there is a launderette just down the street.
