The room is 15sqm with very high ceilings. It’s cozy and quiet with a big window to the backyard. It’s furnished with a double bunk bed, a desk, an armchair, a closet and a shelf (not visible on the pictures).
The flat is very big (120sqm) with a huge living room, plants, decorative furniture and art. Three cute cats live here:) The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a bathtube with shower option in the bathroom.
The flat is located very closely to Görlitzer Bahnhof, Görlitzer Park and the Cannal, 5min walk to Kottbusser Tor. Perfectly located public transport wise, takes one minute to walk to the subway station (u1 and u3) and there's a bus stop downstairs. The area is full of restaurants, cafes and there are few supermarkets near by.
It’s important to us to co-live in a respectful and considerate manner.
We made a list of things which are important to us in order to find a suitable flatmate.
1. Reasonably clean living space, there is a cleaning schedule.
2. Relaxed and calm atmosphere at home, no parties etc. Kreuzberg offers a lot of possibilities to meet friends in cafes, restaurants, bars, parks etc.
3. In case of traveling, subletting the room is not possible.
4. We are looking for someone not working from home.
5. We would prefer our flatmate not to cook a lot at home, not everyday at least. Preparing breakfast, snacks etc is fine of course.
6. Deposit is 2x monthly rent. Anmeldung is possible.
7. Last but not least, we have 3 cats so not pets allowed. It would be a big plus if you like cats/ animals:)
