Hello people! I am subletting my room (approx 20 sqm) in a beautiful newly renovated apartment! This would be perfect for an intern or someone new to Germany looking for a temporary place while they get set up.
Available from the 15th of August 2019 for three months.
Rent is 600euro per month all incl. Deposit of 200euro (just to make sure you leave the place nice and clean!)
Total upon entry: €500 euro (first month rent is prorated at €300 Euro as it is only from August 15-31, 200euro to be returned at end of lease)
You are in the most amazing area of Kreuzkolln. Right next to Bergmankiez and the canal. There are coffee shops, doners, and many grocery stores within steps. Great access to public transportation, but the apartment itself is on a quite side street.
Location
Super central, 1min by the metro station Schönleinstr U8. The Flat is a ClassA fine qualities (decorations on the ceilings, wood floor, large windows).
Spontaneous happenings in the house are welcome. Eat and plan all activities together not necessary. Please be clean, tolerant and open minded. Not suitable for loud musicians and home studio painters (by contract with the owner).
