10319 zeichnet sich aus durch Realness. Da das Wohngebiet iwann in der 70er entstanden ist, ist die Infrastruktur konzipiert man findet alles, was man braucht.
U5, S3, 194er, 296er und 396er in der Nähe. Also ist man öffimäßig gut angebunden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten viel.
Die Räume hier sind relativ offen und die zahlreichen Parks tragen zum Vibe bei.
Essens- und barmäßig ist es hier etwas dünner, der Style muss sich also mit Skill erarbeiter werden ;).
Insgesamt happy.

Since the neighborhood was built sometime in the 70s, the infrastructure is well thought out, and you can find everything you need.
The U5, S3, 194, 296, and 396 are nearby, so public transport is super convenient.
Lots of shopping options.
The spaces here are relatively open, and the numerous parks contribute to the vibe.
Food and bar options are a bit scarce, so the style has to be built up with your own skills. ;)
Overall, I’m happy here.

zwar die meiste Zeit des Lebens gut angekommen, ist man doch mit Mitte 30 anders established und es fühlt sich gut an.
Mittlerweile schon knapp 10 Jahre Happy-Wg-Life hier und von mir aus, kann es gern so weitergehen.
Der Charakter des Zusammenleben hängt natürlich auch von dir ab, aber ich kann hier doch guten Gewissens n vortreffliches Angebot machen und freue mich über neue Präsens in der Whg.
Spirituelle und Lifestylefragen aber lieber facetoface. Das ergibt sich sowieso eher im Flow.
Falls du unordentlich sein solltest, vielleicht lieber nach etwas Anderem schauen.
Gern soll man sich zu Hause so viel entfalten können, wie man möchte, nichtsdestoweniger funktioniert der Haushalt und das Leben hier auf eine gewisse Art und Weise zu der eingeladen wird. - Dazu würden wir uns committen. Von dort aus möge es fließen.
Die Whg gibt eigentlich alles her, was man braucht, hat Charakter und ist aufgeräumt. Hier und da gäbe es noch ein paar Ecken, in die vllt neues Licht fallen könnte. Ich bin auch gerade im Prozess zu verstehen, was meinem Bild einer zeitgenössischen Whg entspricht. Proaktivität und Sinn sind an dieser Stelle willkommen. Gleichzeitig habe ich auch schon viele Sachen hier probiert und werde nicht nochmal alles umschmeißen. - check it out!

While I’ve spent most of my life feeling settled, being in my mid-30s now feels a bit more established – and it’s a good feeling.
I’ve been happily living in this shared flat for almost 10 years now, and as far as I’m concerned, it could definitely stay that way.
The character of the shared living experience obviously also depends on you, but I can say with confidence that I’m offering something pretty great here and look forward to welcoming new energy into the flat.

I think everyone should have the space to fully express themselves at home, but at the same time, the household and life here function in a certain way, and you’re invited to commit to that. From there, we let it flow.
The flat has everything you need, has character, and is tidy. Of course, there are a few corners where new light could shine. I’m also in the process of figuring out what my idea of a contemporary flat looks like. Proactivity and purpose are welcome here, but I’ve already tried a lot of things in this space and won’t be turning everything upside down again. – Check it out!

Sonst lässt sich sagen, dass schon genug Stories hier erzählt wurden und die auch noch nicht erschöpft sind ;)
Ich habe die meiste Zeit meines Lebens hier in der Stadt verbracht und wurde daher mit einigen Wassern gewaschen.
Dieser Tage ist mein Leben bestimmt Arbeit, die mir Spaß macht, viel Sport und viel Bock aufs Leben.
Lifestylemäßig spielen Fahrräder, Basketball, Kameras, Energiemanagement und Natur die größten Rollen.

I’ve spent most of my life in this city and have gained a lot of experience over the years.
These days, my life is mostly about work (which I enjoy), plenty of sports, and lots of enthusiasm for life.
