Looking for a friendly and reliable tenant to take over my room, starting 1st of March. (room number 42.3.1)
This apartment is ideally suited for students and young professionals. It has a fresh white decor and is fairly central – get easily anywhere you want from here. Find spots like Checkpoint Charlie (just down the road), Brandenburger Tor, Potzdammer Platz, and Mall of Berlin nearby. The Kochstr./Checkpoint Charlie Metro station is a 2-3 minutes walk away and serves the U6 subway.
What's included:
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots, trays, glasses and cups).
- Fully furnished room (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, study lamp, pillow, and blanket).
- There’s a washing machine and a fridge with a freezer compartment.
- Live in a central and touristic area.
- Elevator: yes
- Wi-Fi installed: yes, 2.4GHz & 5GHz
- Rent includes all costs.
- Landlord takes care of all fixes.
- Registration (Anmeldung) is possible.
The deposit is 1300€ + a cleaning fee of 199€ (covers cleaning when you move out). The renting agreement will be made with the landlord with a regular contract. The minimum stay is 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Please consider at least 2-3 days for the application process.
Required documents:
1. Government-issued ID or passport.
2. Last 3 salary slips or bank statements from you or your sponsor.
3. Proof of enrollment or occupation.
If you are interested, please send me a short message about you, starting with the code-word BER, so I know you've read through all the information. :)
The location is ideal and right at the heart of Berlin. Nearby there are several supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe), drug stores (Rossmann, DM), shops, and plenty of good restaurants and cafes.
The public transport is easily accessible (U and bus) and you can quickly go anywhere. Brandenburger Tor, Mall of Berlin, Potzdammer Platz, Berliner Dom, and Unter den Linden can be reached on foot.
Police station is right across the street.
There are several parks nearby, too.
I am relocating, so I am looking for someone to take over my room. The flat is particularly suited for students and young professionals. The current tenants (P 22yo & R 26yo) are easy-going and calm, mostly outside during the day. We respect each other's privacy and look after important matters together. There is a cleaning schedule every week, where each one does one task. Usually, it's quiet here, so you can study or work from home comfortably. In addition to all furnitures, other items such as dishes, utensils, water-boiler, iron, laundry wrack, hairdryer, and a vacuum are also provided and shared between tenants.
Documents required:
1. Government-issued ID or passport.
2. Last 3 salary slips or bank statements from you or your sponsor.
3. Proof of enrollment or occupation.
Feel free to write me a message, and if interested, I will connect you directly with the landlord to take over my room.
