The room is quite spacious (25 sqm) and has everything what you need. As I'm moving out the decoration and most of the furniture won't be there, nevertheless of course I'll leave the bed/Mattress, blankets, a lamp and something to hang your clothes, so that you will have everything you need for a cossy Time in the room and in the apartment.
You will share the flat with three other roommates (Sury, Raphy, and Tessa), who are very open and talkative. You will feel very welcome :).
We enjoy a nice atmosphere at home and always keep the apartment clean, so even if you're staying for only a month, we expect you to participate in the cleaning tasks.
Raphy has two cats, who might be in February in the apartment.

The apartment is very good located, it has 3 supermarkets nearby, and the stations: S-Bahn (Ring) Westhafen and U-Bahn Birkenstraße. Both of them are just 10 min walking from the apartment. There are also nice green areas and parks to go for a walk. It's also very near to Turmstraße where there are many restaurants and nice Cafes.

We enjoy to catch up at nights sometimes and also respect the private space/time of each other. The atmosphere is very nice 🙂 and friendly. We have a cleaning plan, so that we share the cleaning of the shared areas. There is a big living room where sometimes you watch movies together in winter.

The room is just available for the month of February with the option of February and March. You will have a mattress/Bed and a place to put your clothes, nevertheless the whole furniture and decoration which is in the pictures will not be there as I'm moving out and I'll take it with me.
