WG Zimmer in Neukölln

Wir, Johnny (Regieassistent und Filmproduzent) und Julius (Fotograf, Künstler und Videojournalist für die dpa), suchen eine:n langfristige:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere WG. Wir arbeiten beide im Kulturbereich, Film und Fotografie, kochen gerne mal zusammen und teilen das Leben miteinander, aber man kann auch die Tür zumachen und seine Ruhe haben, wenn es sein muss. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, genauso wie ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander sowie mit dem Eigentum der Mitbewohner:innen. Zum Beispiel teilen wir gerne einige Dinge wie Öl, Soßen oder Gewürze in der Küche, dennoch hat jede:r ein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank.

Wir gehen gerne mal was trinken oder ab und zu feiern, suchen aber eine Person, die ihr Partyleben schon hinter sich hat. Wir wünschen uns keine Party-WG oder regelmäßige Homepartys.

Wenn du die CDU gut findest oder andere konservative Ansichten vertrittst, dann schreibe uns bitte am besten gar nicht erst.

Zum Zimmer
Das Zimmer geht zum Innenhof raus, was ein Plus ist, da du die manchmal laute Bar neben unserer Tür nicht hören kannst und als Einzige:r die Südseite genießen darfst (Sonne!). Der kleine Nachteil besteht darin, dass dein Zimmer neben dem Bad liegt – "der Kasten". In den Fotos ist die Badewanne im danebenliegenden Bad zu sehen. Wenn dieses genutzt wird, hörst du das teilweise.

Dafür haben wir einen geteilten Balkon – und das schönste Treppenhaus der Stadt!

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du uns direkt ein bisschen über dich schreibst und erzählst, was dich so beschäftigt, was dir wichtig ist oder was du so machst!

Wir suchen eine Person, die Freude an gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten hat, aber zugleich die Privatsphäre der anderen achtet. Es wäre schön, wenn du Putzpläne zuverlässig einhältst, aber auch entspannt bleibst, falls mal etwas nicht ganz perfekt läuft. Ein wertschätzender und gewaltfreier Umgang miteinander ist uns wichtig, und generell würden wir uns über eine undogmatische, offene Haltung freuen.

We, Johnny (assistant director and film producer) and Julius (photographer, artist and video journalist for dpa), are looking for a long-term roommate for our shared flat. We both work in the cultural sector, film and photography, like to cook together and share life together, but you can also close the door and have your peace and quiet if you need to. Cleanliness is important to us, as is treating each other and our flatmates' property with respect. For example, we like to share things like oil, sauces and spices in the kitchen, but everyone has their own compartment in the fridge.

We like to go out for a drink or party from time to time, but we are looking for someone who has already had their party life. We are not looking for a party flat share or regular home parties.

If you like the CDU or have other conservative views, please don't write to us at all.

About the room
The room faces the inner courtyard, which is a plus as you can't hear the sometimes noisy bar next to our door and are the only ones who can enjoy the south-facing side (sun!). The small disadvantage is that your room is next to the bathroom - “the box”. In the photos you can see the bathtub in the adjacent bathroom. When this is in use, you can hear some of it.

But we have a shared balcony - and the most beautiful staircase in the city!

We would be delighted if you could write to us directly and tell us a bit about yourself and what keeps you busy, what's important to you or what you do!

We are looking for someone who enjoys communal activities but at the same time respects the privacy of others. It would be nice if you can reliably keep to cleaning schedules, but also stay relaxed if something doesn't go quite perfectly. An appreciative and non-violent interaction with each other is important to us, and we would generally appreciate an undogmatic, open attitude.
