Im offering a furnished 16aqm room in a friendly WG. In the room there is everything you need to survive. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathtub. The apartment is in the 1th floor. No animals. No smoking in the room... Walking in the flat without street boots. The rent is included all costs (internet, electricity etc.). Toilet paper etc. isn't included :-)

The apartment is comfortable in the real heart of Neukölln. The public underground "Rathaus Neukölln" is 20 meters away. There are much bars and galleries in the area. The Weserstrasse, where you can find nice bars, new galleries is 200 meters away. The shopping Center Neukölln Arkaden is 50 meters away. The karl marx Straße and the Sonnenallee offers much restaurant, Döners & Spätis.

I have 2 Kids (7 and 8) and there are staying the half of the week with me. I have a change model 50/50 with the mother. They are easy to handle and they don't want any big social contacts with flatmates - you can be happy if the say hello to because they are very very shy :-)

So all in one you would have a nice room and your private space. I am working long when i don't have the kids and when i have the kids i am doing much stuff with them outside in the nature etc.
