The apartment is a recently renovated building, located on the 4th and 5th floor with floor heating. The room is about 15m2, it has a high quality and vinyl floors and gets plenty of light throughout the day. It is facing the hinterhof so it's pretty quiet. The room in unfurnished so you will have to come with your own furniture
Super location on Erkstrasse. From here its a direct bu sride to Sbahn Sonnenalle (just 5 min). There is the Ubahn Rathaus in 2 min walk. Also next door is an amazing spati with everything you could ever hope for. There is Lidl one min away along with a Rewe, Aldi, Bio-store, and Rathaus Neukolln. Shopping has never been easier. That is all in the direction of Karl Marx Strasse. If you go in the opposite direction you will fall on the canal where there are great cafes, restaurants, and thrift stores. The location is amazing!

There are two bathrooms, a fantastic kitchen with a table for communal dinners and a couch to hang out. There is a large balcony next to the kitchen very nice in summer. The room is about 15m2, it has a high quality and vinyl floors and gets plenty of light throughout the day. It is facing the hinterhof so it's pretty quiet.
We are currently five people in the flat, Adriano, Chadia, Dan, Natalia and Violaine. We have been living together for 1-3 years and we get along really well. We do not want a Zweck-WG and we like to hang out together in the kitchen, we organise dinner once a month together, we play cards, watch TV shows or football games. But of course everyone has his own space and time and nothing feels forced. Overall the vibe is very warm and lovely.
We also try to keep the WG as clean as possible and we have a cleaning plan for this.
