The beautiful room is around 15 square meters big and has a cute french balcony, which points to the very green and quiet street. The ceilings are almost 4 meters high. There is a tiny WC right next to the room. It's completely furnished and since the furniture and the floor is quite nice, we apreciate someone responsible and clean. :)

The romantic and partly renovated house is beautiful and very special. :)
It‘s a very green area and there are a lot of parks around. The botanical garden Pankow is just a stone’s throw away.
There are plenty of shops aroound like Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Norma, Netto, Penny and Denn‘a Biomarkt.
Very nice is that you will come home easily at night, even under the week (M1).
You will find several bus and tram stations around, that you can reach in 3 to 6 minutes, but I recommend to take the bike to S&U Pankow or another S-Bahn or U-Bahn station nearby (ca. 8-12 minutes). For students that study at HU (except Adlershof) it's quite fast to get there.

The living room kitchen (40sqm) is huge and perfect for cooking and spending time together. Since some time now we also have a concert piano (but unfortuantely not tuned :D ). We want to have a nice and relaxed atmosphere, where we also respect each others privacy. You should be CLEAN, be thoughtful and respectful towards the apartment, floor and furniture and have a structured lifestyle.

Our house is not like usual rental houses. There are 3 flatshares with nice people of different nationalities and we enjoy hanging out ones in a while. The price for the room includes also internet and electricity. It’s possible to extend the contract and we have a trial period of three month. GEZ is not included (17,50€ per month & per flat). Registration (Anmeldung) requested.
