Die Wohnung ist Teil einer selbstverwalteten Genossenschaft, die einige Vorteile bietet. Dazu gehören eine Gästewohnung, die für einen kleinen Obolus gemietet werden kann, ein Gemeinschaftsraum für Veranstaltungen oder Treffen und ein wunderschöner gemeinschaftlicher Garten.

Rewe und Netto befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür, ebenso die Straßenbahnstation. Die S- und U-Bahn-Station Schönhauser Allee ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet eine hervorragende Anbindung.

Die Stargarder Straße mag nicht das Zentrum des wilden Nachtlebens sein, doch für einen gemütlichen Umtrunk in der Nähe gibt es mehr als genug Möglichkeiten.



The apartment is part of a self-managed housing cooperative, which comes with its perks. These include a guest apartment available to rent for a small fee, a common room for gatherings or events, and a beautiful shared garden.

Rewe and Netto supermarkets are right on your doorstep, as is the tram station. The S- and U-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee is only a 5-minute walk away, providing excellent transport connections.

While Stargarder Straße may not be the epicenter of Berlin’s nightlife, it certainly offers plenty of options for a relaxed drink just around the corner.

Sascah und Lia wohnen seit ein paar Monaten zusammen, weshalb noch nicht alles in festen Bahnen läuft und sich vieles neu sortieren muss. Ilse zieht zu Ende Mai aus.

In der Hauptsache wirst du also mit uns, Lia und Sascha, zusammenleben. Wir kennen uns schon länger und teilen einen gemeinsamen Freundeskreis. Unser Wunsch ist es, ein wohliges Zusammenleben zu gestalten und eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre zu schaffen, in der man sein Leben und seine Interessen miteinander teilt.

Kurz zu uns:
Sascha versucht, den Geheimnissen des Lebens auf die Spur zu kommen, hat die Fährte aber noch nicht gefunden. Ansonsten geht er gerne tanzen, genießt Tage, in die man einfach hineinleben kann, und freut sich auf Mitstreiter_innen, um das unerschöpfliche Angebot von Urban Sports zu erkunden und würde wieder gerne öfter ins Theater gehen.

Lia versucht gerade, als systemische Coach Fuß zu fassen, und hat einen bunten Blumenstrauß an Interessen – vom Psychologie über Wandern bis hin zum Meditieren. Und sie kann außerdem super kochen! (Sagt Sascha)

PS:
Wir werden beide oft im Homeoffice arbeiten und freuen uns auf gemeinsame Mittagspausen.



Sascha and Lia have been living together for few months now, so not everything is perfectly settled, and many things are still coming together. Ilse is moving out at the end of May.

You’ll primarily be living with us, Lia and Sascha. We’ve known each other for a while and share a close friend group. Our goal is to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere where we can share our lives and interests.

A little about us:
Sascha is trying to uncover the mysteries of life but hasn’t quite found the trail yet. He enjoys dancing, loves days you can just drift through, and is excited to find companions to explore the endless options of Urban Sports, and would like to visit the live theater more regularly.

Lia is currently establishing herself as a systemic coach and has a bouquet of interests – from psychology to hiking and meditation. Plus, she’s a fantastic cook!(Says Sascha)

Der Frühling kommt so langsam in Berlin an und wir sind tüchtig dabei den Balkon zu bepflanzen. Wir wollen Kapuzinnerkresse als Rankpflanze an der Südseite pflanzen und haben kleine Tomatenpflanzen und Zuckerbsen in der Pflanzenkita.

Wir würden gerne regelmässige kleine Check-ins machen, um zu schauen, dass es uns allen gut geht :).

Wir freuen uns sehr über gemeinsame spontane Kochaktionen, Spieleabende, Lesekreise und was uns sonst noch so einfällt.

Spring is slowly arriving in Berlin, and we’ve been busy planting on the balcony. We plan to grow nasturtiums (we also didn't know the term, but chatgbt did :D) as climbing plants on the south side and have little tomato plants and sugar peas in our plant nursery.

We’d love to have regular little check-ins to make sure we’re all doing well. :)

We’re also really excited about spontaneous cooking sessions, game nights, book circles, and anything else that comes to mind.
