Description of the Flat and Your Both Free Rooms:
- Available starting from 1st January 2025.
- The flat is 71 m², has 4 rooms, freshly renovated, and equipped with all the gadgets you need.
- I moved into this flat just one month ago, so I’m still decorating it. Your ideas for your favorite decorations are very welcome!
- In addition, we will share a big living room with a long balcony, where I’ll soon add plenty of plants and flowers to create that "urban jungle meets city chic" vibe.
- A new washing machine and dryer are included—no need to hang your laundry anywhere.
- A new kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and two large refrigerators.
- A bathtub.
- The flat is on the 8th floor. And yes, there’s an elevator. :)
- Anmeldung is possible
- Moving in earlier is also possible :)
Renting Options:
Option 1) you get Room 1 (10 m²) + living room (15 m²) + balcony (6 m²) for ---> 700€
Option 2) You get Room 2 (11 m²) + living room (15 m²) + balcony (6 m²) for ---> 735€
Option 3) you can take both rooms (21 m²) + living room (15 m²) + balcony (6 m²) ONLY FOR ---> 1330€.

A Bit About Me:
I’m Akram, a 35-year-old guy and I live in Berlin since 9 years. I hold a Bachelor’s in IT and a Master’s in Human-Machine Interaction and the Psychology of Human Behavior from TU-Berlin. I work full-time as an IT-Innovation Manager.
About My Character:
• I value humor, and I never take jokes or critic personally.
• I’m open-minded, outgoing, and love diving into deep conversations about psychology, self-improvement, spirituality,
human behavior, Health, philosophy, relationships, society, entrepreneurship, history, and open to new topics. (By the way, I’m an ENTP-A if you’re into personality types!)
• I enjoy listening to podcasts everyday and reading books that help me become the best version of myself.
• During the week, I split my time between working at the office and from home.
• I hit the gym 4 times a week.
• I love dancing and will start a Bachata course once a week starting in March.
• On weekends, you’ll probably find me out with friends, at a bar, or maybe dancing the night away. We often go to concerts and once a month to electro clubs like Renate, Kater Blau, Sisyphos, or to cozy bars. We also enjoy short trips.
