Hi! I’m renting out two room It’s a very spacious furnished room. Photos are just taken. Bedroom faces the backyard and it’s extremely quite.
You’ll be sharing the house with nice roomates, having access to a full equipped spacious kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Amazing area in Prenzlauer Berg, close to Hermannplatz and the canal, full of bars and restaurants within minutes.
The only remark is that the room has a coal-based heating system instead of radiators, so you will need to set the oven once a day to warm it up. But don’t worry, my roomates can do it for you or teach you how to do it yourself. It’s quite simple and works great!
PRICE would be 500€ per for the month (1000€ deposit in any case).

Helmholtzplatz is the closest park nearby. There u can find many nice Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. But also Stargarder Str. is a very vivid street with a lot of things to do. Probably some of u might also know Kastanienallee, Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei and Kollwitzplatz. Of course u can find a supermarket, an organic supermarket and a „Späti“ around the corner.
The flat is perfectly connected with the public transportation network as it is really in the center and in an area that is quite popular.
