Hellooo, I’m looking for a roommate for my flat in Prenzlauer Berg 😊 girls only pleasee
The flat has two bedrooms (no living room unfortunately) an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath.
There is an interior garden/park where you can park your bike.
The available bedroom is about 15-18 sq meters (I’d say) with a sofa bed, wardrobe and small desk. I also have a single place duvet and a pillow you can have
The flat is pretty well connected, it’s 12-15min walking north of the Prenzlauer Allee Sbahn. 5-7 minutes walk to the M2. 10min walk to the M4 and to the M12.
Close supermarkets include Rewe, Aldi and DM.
I’m 26 years old and have been living in Berlin for a year and a half, I work in an office and go there 2-3 times a week, otherwise I work from home. I’m originally English, but moved to France when I was 7 years old, I therefore speak English and French and am looking for someone fluent in at least one of these languages.
I’ve been moving around Europe for my studies quite a lot and am quite open-minded and easygoing.
In general I’m not a clean freak but I like to keep common places somewhat clean and tidy and do a big cleaning session once per week. Leaving some dishes for a little while in the sink is not something that will drive me crazy.
I’m looking for our home to be a nice and chill space, friends are welcome to hang out (if it’s not 24/7 obviously). I’m sociable but also quite independent soo ideally we’d hang out sometimes, share a dinner, watch a film and why not do something on the week-end !
You have to be employed with a stable job and salary here in Germany, the landlady asks for a copy of the ID card, income proof of the last three months, and a Visa if you’re outside of the EU.
