Wir wohnen im schönen sicheren und zugleich lebhaften Prenzlauer Berg, Eberswalder U, Schönhauser Allee(Ringbahn), Kastanienallee alles 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Zum Feiern ist 5 geh-min. entfernt die Kulturbrauerei mit 5 Clubs und viele andere Clubs in 10min zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Cafes und Bars umzingeln uns ebenfalls, soweit 4 Supermärkte, von denen einer bis 23 und einer rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat.

Zudem gibts hier noch den allbekannten Mauerpark, noch 4 weitere Parks in 5-10geh-min. Entfernung und den Weissensee erreicht man mit der Tram in 15min :)

Anbindung:
vor dem Haus fährt ab Tag und Nacht fahren die Trams m10, m2
in 7 geh-min erreichbar: m1, m12 und zu normalen Zeiten die U2 (Station Eberswalder Str. 5min. entfernt), Ringbahn S42, S41, S8, S9, S85
2tramstationen entfernt ist auch die m4 :)

man ist in 10min in Friedrichshain, am Alexanderplatz, Mitte usw.

We live in the beautiful, safe but at the same time lively Prenzlauer Berg. Eberswalder Str., Schönhauser Allee, Kastanienallee are all a 5-7 minutes walk away.
The Kulturbrauerei with 5 clubs and many other clubs is only 5 minutes away, too. Very nice cafes and bars also surround us, as well as 4 supermarkets, one of which is open until 23 and one around the clock.

There is also the famous Mauerpark, 4 other parks to be reached within a few minutes and the Weissensee-lake is also just 15min far via Tram.

Connection:
in front of the house you can take the trams m10, m2 from day to night.
7 minutes by foot: m1, m12 and at normal times U2 (station Eberswalder Str. 5 minutes away), Ringbahn S42, S41, S8, S9, S85

Wir sind eine sehr unkomplizierte, nette, freundliche Wg :)

Ich bin janett., ( instagram & Facebook “janett_yochanagram”) studiere Musiktherapie mit Gehörlosen, bin offen, verrückt, ehrlich, harmonyliebend, kreativ, spiele gerne Gitarre und paar andere Dinge ), aber so dass es keinen stört. Ich mag Film/Serienabende, Parks, Bars, manchmal auch Tanzen gehen, Live-musik, Freunde treffen , Parks, Nachtspazieren usw :). Komme ursprünglich aus NRW, liebe Kreativ- und Musikmenschen und freue mich immer über internationale Bekanntschaften. Allgemein nachts lange wach, aber ohne jmd zu stören :), und spät aufstehend :)

Im anderen Raum wohnt sam (30), British, sehr lieb, sozial, gut für tiefe und fun Gespräche, er ist meist in seinem Studio um Musik zu produzieren oder zu schreiben oder hat einen gig, kocht gerne

We are a very uncomplicated, nice, friendly wg :)

I'm janett, (german), ( fb & ig “janett_yochanagram”) study music therapy with deaf people, am open, crazy, honest, harmonyloving, creative, like to play guitar (and other things), but so that nobody gets disturbed:). I m often meeting ppl I m jamming with, but not at home. I like movies/series evenings, parks, bars, sometimes dancing, live music, meeting friends, parks, night walks etc :). Originally from NRW, dear creative and music people, I am always happy about international acquaintances. Generally awake long nights, but without disturbing anyone :), and getting up late :)

In the other room lives Sam (30), British, very friendly, social and good for deep or fun talks, is mostly in his studio to produce or write music or has gigs, loves cooking.

Sonstiges

Uns beiden ist wichtig, dass du zuverlässig bist, nicht in der Wohnung rauchst, (auf Balkon ist ok) rücksichtsvoll, offen und ehrlich bist :). Was sehr gut passen würde , wenn du auch ein kreativ oder Musik Mensch bist und Zuhause für dich bedeutet, auch mal zusammen Zeit zu verbringen :) quatschen, oder zusamm essen oder Musik machen oder etwas was man halt gerne macht :). A warm home :)

Wir brauchen, da es sehr spontan ist, einen kurz oder langfristigen Mieter :) von sofort oder ab 1.11.

It is important to both of us that you are reliable, do not smoke in the apartment, are considerate, open and honest (on the balcony is ok :).
