Hallo liebe Zimmersuchenden,
Ich habe ein 12m² Zimmer in einer insgesamt 69m² großen Wohnung mit Wohnküche und Balkon zu vermieten. Gerne unbefristet, aber falls du nur für ein paar Monate suchst, geht das auch :)
In dem Gesamtpreis von 610€ ist alles pauschal enthalten - Nebenkosten, GEZ, Internet, usw.
Das Zimmer geht Richtung Innenhof und ist somit recht ruhig. Morgens ist das Zimmer im Schatten, am Nachmittag scheint die Sonne durchs Fenster. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Wohnung sind recht hell, da im 4. Stock.
Ich würde sagen, das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten - trotz der nur 12 m² sollte man problemlos Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank hineinbekommen und immer noch Platz haben.
Das Zimmer ist (entgegen der Fotos) unmöbliert - auf Wunsch kann das abgebildete Schlafsofa und das Regal drin bleiben, ist aber ehrlich gesagt nicht empfehlenswert :D

I have a 12m² room in a 69m² apartment with a kitchen and balcony for rent. Gladly unlimited, but if you're only looking for a few months, that's also possible :)
The total price of €610 includes everything - additional costs, GEZ, Internet, etc.
The room faces the inner courtyard and is therefore quite quiet. In the morning the room is in the shade, in the afternoon the sun shines through the window. The room and the entire apartment are quite bright as it is on the 4th floor.
I would say the room is well laid out - despite being only 12m² you should be able to easily fit a bed, desk, closet and still have space.
The room is (contrary to the photos) unfurnished - if you wish, the pictured sofa bed and the shelf can remain in it, but to be honest it is not recommended :D

Die Wohnung ist in Prenzlauer Berg ca. 5 Minuten von der S-Bahn Station Prenzlauer Allee (Ringbahn) entfernt. Außerdem fährt dort auch die M2 und eine S-Bahn-Station oder gut 10 Min. zu Fuß auch die U2. Man ist also sehr gut angebunden, vor allem durch die Ringbahn.
Ansonsten ist der Kiez ein bisschen wie das Klischee - Viele junge Familien, die die Weisheit mit Löffeln gefressen haben :D Aber absolut lebenswert! Es gibt (speziell in Richtung Helmholtzplatz, ca. 10 Min.) ein riesiges Angebot an Restaurant, Bars, Geschäften usw. Das macht schon Spaß. Direkt gegenüber ist außerdem ein Späti, der einen fast rund um die Uhr mit dem nötigsten versorgt.
Lebensmitteleinkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis von 5-7 Minuten Penny, Rewe (2x), Lidl, Netto... Man wird hier versorgt :)

The apartment is in Prenzlauer Berg, about 5 minutes from the S-Bahn station Prenzlauer Allee (Ringbahn). The M2 and an S-Bahn station also run there, or the U2 is a good 10 minutes' walk away. So you are very well connected, especially by the Ringbahn.
Otherwise, the neighborhood is a bit like the cliché - many young families who have eaten wisdom with spoons :D But absolutely worth living! There is (especially in the direction of Helmholtzplatz, about 10 minutes) a huge range of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It's fun. There is also a Späti directly opposite, which provides you with the essentials almost around the clock.
Grocery shopping is within 5-7 minutes Penny, Rewe (2x), Lidl, Netto... You will be taken care of here :)

Ich suche eine/n entspannte/n MitbewohnerIn mit der/dem man auch gut abends zusammen Zeit verbringen kann - beim Kochen, Quatschen, Sonstiges.
Ich arbeite im Sales für eine Photovoltaik-Firma und bin (im Moment zumindest), i.d.R. 3 Tage die Woche im Büro und 2 Tage im Home-Office. Abseits von der Arbeit bin ich grundsätzlich recht viel mit Freunden unterwegs (Jeden 2. Donnerstag hab ich einen Stammtisch mit Freunden, zu dem du dann auch mitkommen kannst! :) ), beim Sport (Roundnet / Fitness) oder relaxe einfach mal zu Hause alleine oder mit meiner Freundin.
Ich denke, ich bin ein recht aufgeschlossener, offener Typ, habe ich als Studi in verschiedenen, internationalen 3er und 6er WGs in Zürich und in Kiel gelebt, mache auch mit 32 ab und zu gerne mal Party, freue mich aber auch über freie Wochenenden ohne Kater :)
Ich denke, das reicht erstmal von mir, am besten wir lernen uns einfach hier in Reallife beim Wohnung anschauen kennen! :)

I'm looking for a relaxed roommate with whom you can also spend time together in the evenings - cooking, chatting, other things.
I work in sales for a photovoltaic company and am (at least at the moment) usually 3 days a week in the office and 2 days in the home office. Aside from work, I'm generally out and about a lot with friends (every 2nd Thursday I have a regulars' table with friends, which you can come to too! :) ), doing sports (Roundnet / fitness) or just relaxing at home alone or with my girlfriend.
I think I'm quite an open-minded, open-minded person, I lived as a student in various international 3- and 6-person flat shares in Zurich and in Kiel, even at 32 I like to party from time to time, but I'm also happy to have free weekends without Male cat :)
I think that's enough for now, it's best if we just get to know each other here in real life while looking at the apartment! :)
