WG-Zimmer Nähe Nollendorfplatz zur Zwischenmiete

Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin von Anfang Juli bis Ende September in meiner 2er-WG in Schöneberg.

Zur Lage: Der Nollendorfplatz ist in weniger als 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, von dem die U1, U2, U3 und U4 sowie einige Buslinien abfahren. Die U7 ist ebenfalls innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Zum Zimmer: Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist etwa 14 qm groß und liegt an einer ruhigen kleinen Straße. Durch die Ausrichtung und das große Fenster kommt besonders nachmittags viel Licht in das Zimmer! 🌞
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert. Es gibt einige kleine Regale, die genutzt werden können, ein kleines Schränkchen sowie bei Bedarf ein Tisch mit Stuhl. Als Bett könnte ich höchstens eine große Luftmatratze anbieten 😅🙃 Die Poster, die aktuell noch an den Wänden hängen, kommen mit in mein Zimmer.

Zur restlichen Wohnung: Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Wasch- & Geschirrspülmaschine sowie allen notwendigen Utensilien (Geschirr, Töpfe etc.). Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Zwischen den beiden WG-Zimmern gibt es ein Zwischenzimmer mit Esstisch und Sofa (das aktuell noch in dem zu vermietenden Zimmer steht). Im Flur ist eine kleine Abstellkammer für Jacken und sonstiges.

Zu mir: Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere Filmwissenschaft und Englisch an der FU. Nebenbei bin ich als Werkstudentin bei kino.de tätig. Ich würde mich als ruhige, aber gesellige Mitbewohnerin beschreiben, die auch gerne mal abends bei einem Glas Wein / einer Tasse Tee zusammensitzt, um zu quatschen, einen Film zu schauen oder etwas zu zocken. Allerdings brauche ich auch meine Zeit für mich, weswegen ich mich auch mal in mein Zimmer verziehen muss. Offene Kommunikation ist mehr wichtig, damit es keine Missverständnisse gibt und man sich rundum wohl fühlt :) Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen und versuche mein eigenes Chaos in meinem eigenen Zimmer im Damm zu halten 😅 Mein Insta: xcomeoneileen

Was ich mir von Dir wünsche: Optimalerweise bist Du auch ein Film-Freak, liebst Taylor Swift über alles und hast Lust, mit mir das ein oder andere Koch- oder Backrezept auszuprobieren. Am wichtigsten ist mir aber, dass Du Lust auf ein harmonisches, ruhiges Zusammenleben hast, ordentlich bist und vor allem auch zuverlässig.

Da ich recht kurzfristig nach einer Mitbewohnerin suche, veranstalte ich die WG-Castings von vormittags bis nachmittags zwischen Freitag - Sonntag (21. bis 23. Juni).

Hiya!

I am looking for a female flatmate from the beginning of July until the end of September in my 2-bed flat share in Schöneberg.

About the location: Nollendorfplatz is less than a 10-minute walk away and is served by the U1, U2, U3 and U4 underground lines as well as several bus routes. The U7 underground line can also be reached within 15 minutes.

About the room: The room for rent is about 14 square metres in size and is located on a quiet little street. Thanks to the the large window, there is a lot of light in the room, especially in the afternoon! 🌞
The room is partially furnished. There are some small shelves that can be used, a small closet and a table and chair if required. The most I could offer as a bed is a large air mattress 😅🙃 The posters that are currently still hanging on the walls will come with me to my room.

About the rest of the flat: The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the necessary utensils (crockery, pots etc.). The bathroom has a bathtub. Between the two shared rooms there is an intermediate room with a dining table and sofa (which is currently still in the room for rent). There is a small storage room in the hallway for jackets and other things.

About me: I am 22 years old and study Film Studies and English at the FU. I also work as a student trainee at kino.de. I would describe myself as a quiet but sociable flatmate who also likes to sit together in the evening with a glass of wine / a cup of tea to chat, watch a film or play something on my Nintendo Switch. However, I also need a bit of time to myself, which is why I sometimes have to retreat to my room. As I am looking for a flatmate at very short notice, I am organising the flat share castings from the morning to the afternoon between Friday and Sunday (21-23 June).
